Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of easyscale ("easyscale", "we", "us"), available at easyscale.store. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

easyscale helps founders and marketers discover relevant accounts on X and manage outreach. Users may connect their own X account to send Direct Messages from their profile. We do not guarantee replies, conversions, or delivery of messages to any recipient.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. X integration

If you connect X, you authorize easyscale to act on your behalf only for the scopes you approve (including sending Direct Messages and reading basic account information). Messages are sent from your connected X account, not from easyscale. You must comply with X's Terms of Service and X Rules. You may disconnect X at any time from the outreach board.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or deceptive outreach
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the service for illegal products or campaigns

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose risk to other users or platforms.

6. Payments

Paid features, if offered, are billed through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. X API usage may incur separate costs billed to our developer account; your use of X-connected features may be subject to product limits we publish in the app.

7. Intellectual property

easyscale and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Audience matching and AI-generated copy are suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing messages before sending.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, easyscale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
